Hét Tölgy Családi Birtok is more than a farm – it is the realization of a dream matured over decades, where nature, technology, and human creativity are deeply intertwined.
Thirty-five years ago, we worked in a completely different field: our company, Vill-Korr Hungária Kft., has become one of Hungary’s leading enterprises in the electrical industry. Yet despite success, we increasingly longed for silence, the scent of the earth, and peace – and we found it in Tényő. What began as relaxation gradually evolved into a true calling.
The name Hét Tölgy was chosen with purpose: it refers to the historical legacy of Hungary’s seven chieftains, and to the oak tree’s timeless, unwavering strength. This duality reflects our values – to live with deep roots in the present while building responsibly for the future.
Today, we cultivate more than 200 hectares, of which 35 hectares form the central, enclosed estate. Here live our Black Angus cattle, whose exceptional meat quality comes not only from their genetics but also from the natural green and legume forage we grow ourselves. Animal welfare is paramount: they are raised free-range, stress-free.
In our own processing facility we craft our premium products: dry-aged steaks, BBQ briskets, burger patties, sausages – with nearly zero waste. Everything we produce is thoughtful, pure, and of the highest quality.
Our energy management also points to the future: the estate runs on a 200 kVA solar system, while Schneider Electric solutions monitor our operations with industrial precision and sustainability.
But Hét Tölgy Családi Birtok is more than agriculture. It is a living space, a community hub hosting events, BBQ days, stew-cooking festivals, children’s camps, and professional gatherings. We are especially proud of our chapel and our bird-friendly garden, created under the guidance of the Hungarian Ornithological Society.
Since 2021, we have officially operated as a model farm of Széchenyi István University’s Faculty of Mosonmagyaróvár – providing knowledge and inspiration for the next generation of agricultural professionals.
