Today we farm more than 200 hectares, of which 35 hectares form the enclosed, central estate.
Here live our Black Angus cattle, whose outstanding meat quality comes not only from their genetics but also from the natural green and legume forage we cultivate ourselves.
Quality guarantee: Animal welfare is our top priority – the cattle are raised free-range, stress-free.
In our own processing facility we produce premium products: dry-aged steaks, BBQ briskets, burger patties, sausages – with almost zero waste. Everything we create is thoughtful, pure, and of the highest standard.
