The Seven Oaks Angus stew is the meeting of classic Hungarian cuisine and premium ingredients. We make it from selected Angus meat, which is naturally marbled, with a tender structure.
Built on a traditional stew base, it is cooked for a long time at low heat so that the meat's full aroma can unfold. Thanks to this, the sauce is full-bodied, round, with slightly sweet paprika notes; while the meat is butter-soft, yet keeps its fibers.
